Turkey

One day on my way to the pool to swim I was confronted by 5 enormous turkeys, The kind of with iridescent black feathers.  I made this pin in honor of them, I sometimes call it the hippie turkey due to the rainbow effect the iridescence produces.

Each one of these whimsical pins and earrings are handpainted by me, Robin Senour, so there are no two alike.

For me, art is communication. I created this little work of art, but the conversation between artist and viewer is complete when someone owns it.

The clear material I chose to paint on is durable and easy to bend to my will.

I have my very own laser that gives me the freedom to create any shape that I can think of.

I love color. Finding wonderful color combinations drives me from one piece to the next. I paint them until they say, “I’m done!”
